Mandatory charges

• Mandatory linen package: €10 per person (from 3 years old)
• Tourist tax: €1.8 per person/night (from 12 years old)
• Final cleaning: €100. The villa must be left wipe-clean.

• Pets are allowed
• The villa's can not be rented for (bachelor) parties and for student associations

• Via website: Through the website or by contacting via phone or email for special periods.

check-in & check-out

Check-in is always from 3:00 PM, so you can arrive relaxed and settle in at your own pace.Check-out times vary depending on the length of your stay (week, midweek or weekend).

Week stay

• Check-in: Monday or Friday from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Monday or Friday before 10:00 AM

Midweek stay

• Check-in: Monday from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Friday before 10:00 AM

Weekend stay

• Check-in: Monday or Friday from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Monday or Friday before 10:00 AM

We  hope  this will not occur, but if you cancel your reservation, we will be forced to charge a cancellation fee:

• More than 120 days before arrival: € 50 administration fee;
• Between 120 and 21 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price;
• Between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price;
• Less than 8 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.
